Jack Sheely - executive Vice President

Jack is in his 4th year at the Dhillon School of Business majoring in Finance. Jack spends most of his time actively managing his portfolio and learning everything he can about swing trading and derivatives. This is his first year in the Finance club and is super excited to help the team in this 2024 year’s competition. Born and raised in Calgary Alberta, Jack plans to work in portfolio management and make it to Wall Street, as he loves the big cities. Cooper Easthope - Executive Vice President

Cooper is a fourth-year Finance major at the Dhillon School of Business. Cooper is interested in Venture capital and active stock trading. Having competed in the 2022 Rotman International Trading Competition, Cooper led the team in both liquidity and commodity trading.

From Lethbridge Alberta, Cooper is proud to represent his hometown University on the international stage. He intends to work with venture capital and entrepreneurs after graduating in April 2024.

Rikin patel - Vice president of student relations

Rikin is in his third year at the Dhillon School of Business in International Management. He spends his time watching the global financial markets for investment opportunities, and can be found analyzing charts of global indexes. He is an active trader and investor at the National Stock Exchange  and Toronto Stock Exchange. Rikin is excited to be part of the Finance Club team and would love to exchange knowledge about the finance industry with fellow students. dr. Vishaal Baulkaran - faculty advisor

Dr. Baulkaran is an Associate Professor of Finance and has been asked to join the University of Lethbridge Finance Club as the faculty advisor for the 2021-2022 academic year. His accolades include earning his BBA and MBA from the University of New Brunswick 2006, his PhD from Wilfrid Laurier in 2011 and his CFA charter in 2013. He will be the faculty coach for the CFA Research Challenge and the coach for the Rotman Trading Competition at the University of Toronto.
